Cross Culinary Cuisines has not offered fusion or Indian cuisines since 2016. Chef Brenda A. Collier holds two diplomas from Le Cordon Bleu: one for North America and the other for Orlando, Florida, where she made the president's list twice and the dean's list before graduation in 2013. Chef Brenda A. Collier's father, who also attended culinary school in the 1950s in Jamaica, taught the chef how to cook. The chef's father was also the founder of two Caribbean-American social clubs, one in NYC and the other in Florida. Both are still in existence today. Chef Brenda A. Collier is of British, Scottish (Scotchie), and Cuban descent on her paternal side. She is also of Jewish descent.
Cross Culinary Cuisines now exclusively serves the southwest Florida regions of Naples, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, and Bonita Springs.
